Our company was founded in 1946. We have a history of more than 65 years. Around 1955, before I entered the company, we were handling the integrated logistics – the equivalent of today’s 3 PL business — from ordering to storage, issuing invoices, receiving goods, delivery, and collection for Nippon Beer KK (today’s Sapporo Breweries Ltd).
We proposed handling the same business for Kokubu Group Corp. In 1979, they entrusted the logistics business to us, and we opened an office in Daito City. From there, we started to expand to other areas.
We have learned a lot from our experience in the integrated logistics business. Our focus is in line with the companies we work for. In other words, we and the consigner both see the business receiving the goods as our customer. We share ideas with the consigner as a basis for our business.
To achieve this, we thoroughly train our staff, develop our managers, and drive them to continuously improve so that we gain the trust and satisfaction of our customers. That is important to us. Naturally, it is important to increase the retention rate of the employees. If we have excellent workers, it will translate into increased trust from our customers.
Our Hanshin Logistics Center inside the Nishi Osaka sales office doubled the floor space to 7,500 square meters and is expected to begin work in June 2020.
We will continue to offer the best logistics solutions for our customers’ needs and aim to always adapt to this fast-progressing logistics era.
