Logistics differ from customer to customer. It’s similar to how each piece an artist produces is different. We believe that there are no two logistics systems exactly alike because each one has to respond to different customer needs.
We consider the logistics we offer a customer an original product. Making this product is our business. One by one, we hand-make logistics systems. This is the basis of our 3PL business.

What functions and elements do you need in your logistics? This is only known by the customer. However, it can be quite difficult for the customer to express to us exactly what he or she needs. We search for those logistics needs through conversation with the customer. We often pick up on aspects that the customer didn’t notice. Then we focus on explaining those needs as simply as possible.
Logistics is the kind of thing that is hard to understand even for the consigner unless you are dealing with it every day. If you overlook this part, it can be the reason for chronically increasing logistics costs.

03Noticing the Irregularities that Lurk in the Daily Routine

Logistics is all about the work site. This almost sounds like a famous line from a movie, but the troubles and bad effects in logistics happen in the work site.
We take the customer’s perspective seriously. We also look closely at occurrences in a work site. Through this perspective, we can spot the operations that should not exist in the everyday routine. By spotting these things, we can deliver efficient and cost-effective operations to the customer.
There are customs that people get used to, but some things shouldn’t be gotten used to. We give the customer feedback to facilitate improvements.

Arrival of Goods, Inspection

We receive all sorts of goods from different manufacturers. Do we have the right product? Do the amounts match the estimated amounts? We conduct all sorts of checks to ensure accuracy in our operations.

Storage

Once the goods have been received, they need to be stored in the proper location. We check expiry dates as we store, so that we are able to take the goods out in the appropriate order.

Packing

We receive all sorts of goods from different manufacturers. After closing an order, we begin the process of shipping that order. We get the picking list from the office, and pack the goods according to the list.
We pack quickly and accurately.

Sorting by store

We separate and sort based on each client destination. We make sure not to make mistakes during this short operation.

Shipping Process and Inspection

Further steps may be necessary depending on the client destination. For example, we may need to scan a barcode with our handy scan system, then transmit the data to the client destination (then you don’t need documents upon delivery).

Shipping and Loading

Products must be prepared and loaded into a delivery vehicle well-suited for the cargo. When loading, care must be taken to ensure the products are not damaged.

Product Storage Management

Once unloaded, the products then enter the storage management phase. We confirm the volume of goods delivered and at the same time, confirm that the goods are not damaged in any way. If there is any deviation, we look into where the mistake originated.
